Young humanoid was browsing NXTLog one day and saw
this project. Young humanoid was inspired by the design that allowed a single motor to operate two pneumatic switches. Unsurprisingly, young humanoid soon built one for himself and then mounted it on a chassis that used one motor to move forward and turn in reverse. A single-joint pneumatic arm with claw and automatic pneumatic pump completed the construction. The result was a remote-controlled mobile pneumatic arm that used only three motors. However, want to extrapolate even more functions out of three motors led to future members in the new Mobile Pneumatic Multi Arm (MPMA) series.
