Stop Bar Arcade Game

Young humanoid's last entry into the Arcade Game building challenge came in the form of a simple arcade game with a single button.  A user would place a coin into the slot, upon which instructions would display on-screen.  Pressing the touch sensor (imitating a button) on front would run the treads on the far side of the machine.  Two black 5-module long beams were attached to the treads, giving the illusion of a single beam moving to the top of the machine before immediately staring again at the bottom.  Pressing the button would stop the treads.  If one of the beams was in front of the light sensor upon stopping, a large amount of paper (to simulate tickets) would be dispensed out the front slot.  If not, a smaller amount of paper would be dispensed.
